From recording your first video to receiving a full coaching breakdown — here's exactly what to expect at every step.
Record Your Footage
You don't need professional equipment. A smartphone propped against a fence or held by a friend is all it takes. What matters is the angle and coverage — not the camera.
What to film
Groundstrokes, serve, volleys, or a full match — whatever you want analysed. For technique work, film from behind the baseline or from the side at net height. For match analysis, a wide-angle view from behind the court works best.
How long
For shot analysis, 5–15 minutes of focused footage is ideal. For a full match, submit the complete recording — we'll work through the whole thing.
Lighting and stability
Film in good natural light where possible. A stable camera position gives far better results than handheld footage. A tripod or propped phone works perfectly.
Submit via Youtube
Upload your footage directly on to Youtube and e mail the link to us. You can submit from any device, anywhere in the world.
Accepted formats
MP4, MOV, and AVI files are all accepted. Maximum file size is 4GB — enough for a full match recording at standard quality.
Add your notes
Tell us what you want us to focus on. A specific shot that's letting you down, a pattern you've noticed, or a general 'what am I missing?' — the more context you give, the sharper the analysis.

What's included
A written breakdown with timestamped observations, specific technical corrections, tactical patterns identified, and a prioritised drill plan tailored to your game.
Pro and Match packages
Pro analyses include annotated video commentary — your footage returned with coach voiceover and on-screen markers highlighting key moments. Monthly members also receive a follow-up Q&A session.
Turnaround time
Standard delivery is within 48 hours. Monthly members receive priority 24-hour delivery. You'll receive an email confirmation when your analysis is ready.
